Optional modules for IoE students

We recently lost 2 optional module because of staffing and budget savings and students are left feeling very disappointed as they don’t have many options left (2 for year 2 and 2 for year 3). I have got multiple emails from students asking why we have only these options. I was wondering if we could apply for funding for example to get an external (or give more hours to a part time member of staff) that would be able to deliver the 2 modules we lost and perhaps even develop some new ones for the future. For some reason I cannot access the website (https://thefriends.org.uk/grants) to check if something like this would be possible. Thank you very much in advance.
