Coronavirus knowledge quiz website

Dear Madam/Sir,
We are members of The Data Science Club of the department of computer science. We are developing a Coronavirus knowledge quiz website to test the knowledge of students about local policies of social distance, vaccine, and getting support from the university and local community. The quiz itself will be updated in time. The targeted audience is the new international students and staffs of the University of Reading.
This volunteer project is supervised by Huizhi (lecturer of the department of computer science) and includes 4 undergraduate, 1 master and 3 phd students from the computer science department and 2 undergraduate students and 1 academic supervisor from the design department. This project started April 2020 and 80% of the development work is completed. I attached the design document of the website. We plan to release it to the public right before the new students/staffs arrive in Reading (i.e., before September 2021).  Great to hear this grant opportunity. We are happy to show you a demo of the current version of our website, if you are interested.
The funding we request include:
Website hosting for 2 years: £200 Penetration Testing of the website: £400
Promotion events: £600 to organize online and face-2-face promotion events for new students. We plan to collaborate with other student societies of University of Reading, for example R. U. Hacking and university student union.  This budget will be used to cover the cost of food catering, prizes or small gifts for quiz nights, etc. We plan to collaborate with the RUSU and department of Computer science.
In total: £1200
Thank you very much for considering this application!
Cheers,
Data Science Club committee members: Huizhi, Thanet, Zehao, Emmanuel
